This movement assessment is designed to assess the body's ability to generate and control forces in order to move efficiently and safely. It focuses on the body's ability to generate and control mass and momentum, gravity and ground reaction forces. Through a series of tests and assessments, the movement specialist will be able to identify any imbalances or deficits in the body's ability to move and generate force. This assessment will also provide insight into the body's ability to transfer forces from one body part to another and to control the body's center of mass. By assessing the body's ability to generate and control forces, the movement specialist can develop an effective plan to improve the body's ability to move efficiently and safely.
