Our TWM program is based on the latest principles of Female Chain Reaction Biomechanics, ensuring that every movement is optimized for your body's unique biomechanics.

Experience the benefits of improved flexibility, enhanced mobility, and increased strength as you progress through our program.

The program is 5 days a week and is a 12-week program plan.
